Performance management is a structured process in which employees and managers work together to achieve organizational goals and objectives.  Effective performance management is a key factor in an organization’s success. This educational activity will provide learners with knowledge about performance management as it relates to evaluating performance, directing vs. delegating, establishing goals, providing feedback, and communicating performance information with co-workers.
