Description

Healthcare professionals work within interdisciplinary teams.  It is inevitable that conflict will develop within these teams and it is critical for these professionals to learn conflict resolution strategies.  Conflict Management is designed to educate the learner that conflict resolution is a healthy element to any work environment.  This educational activity will allow the learner to understand the definition/attributes of conflict, the factors that affect conflict, and different styles of dealing with conflict.
