Recently Internet Explorer upgraded to 11 – If you are experiencing issues please follow the steps below.
To fix this issue:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to www.healthcareacademy.com
3. Log in
4. Press the “Alt” key on your keyboard to bring up the top menu
5. Click on the Tools option to open up the drop down menu
6. Select Compatibility view settings
7. You will notice that www.healthcareacademy.com will already be displayed. Press the ‘Add’
button, then click on Close.
8. Exit out of Healthcare Academy altogether for the fix to update
